Evolution of Agriculture Across 21 States
This video tells a visual story of how agriculture in much of the United States has changed since 1997. In this video we have chosen to focus our discussion on twenty-one states from OH up to MI, down to MO and west to the Pacific Ocean. All data used to create this video can be found in the United States Department of Agriculture’s Census of Agriculture, which is produced every five years.
Our intent is to tell the story of how agriculture has changed in the USA since 1997. We’ve chosen to focus on the following 21 states:
Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Idaho, Utah, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, and California.
